We are given a group assignment in a group of 5 members as a quantity surveying consultant by Putrajaya Homes Sdn. Bhd for a proposed double stirey terrace housing development in Precint 14, Putrajaya. We are required to prepare the Bills of Quantities (BQ) of the elements for the project as below:

-External wall

-Internal wall

-External wall finishes

-Internal wall finishes

-External floor finishes (except staircase)

-Internal floor finishes (except staircase)

-External ceiling finishes

-Internal Ceiling finishes

 

Our group were assigned to measure Cornet lots. After the discussion among our members. I was assigned to measure the External and Internal Wall which is given approximately 6 weeks to complete it.
